Time To Move On?

Time flies... I have been in my current organization for the last one year. In that short one year, there were at least 6 occasions where I wanted to leave the organization. But each time, my immediate boss would dissuade me from submitting my resignation letter.

Ever since last week board meeting, my thought of leaving got stronger again. I felt have accomplished my work there already, i.e. setting up the organization from nothing to the present 2 education centres and developed the community service programmes.

The things that have kept me though I thought of leaving was my desire to see that I could help set up the centes and the community service programme. Besides that, the joy of seeing how I had touched lives in the course of my work brought me satisfaction too. I must thank God for giving me the strength to persevere through.

Now I am waiting on God's timing to submit my letter. Let see....
